What kind of genetics is in Auto CBG-Force exactly?
During our CBG breeding process, we focused on developing both a feminised strain and an autoflower strain with a lot of CBG and little/no THC.
First, we introduced the photoperiod feminised cannabis seeds (CBG-Force), and now it’s the turn of the autoflowering CBG seeds, Auto CBG-Force.
Several tests showed that Auto CBG-Force had consistently lower THC levels than the photoperiod CBG-Force. Auto CBG-Force contained on average between 0.05-0.2% THC and the photoperiod CBG-Force almost 0.14%.
That is still far below the European legal limit of 0.2%. It may not seem like a big difference, but for some growers these extremely low THC levels are very legally reassuring. We think that the higher THC content in the photoperiod version may be due to the extra time allowed for the growth phase.

Auto CBG-Force is a hybrid autoflower with a slightly longer than average flowering time. A total of 11-12 weeks from autoflower seed to harvest is typically required for this variety to reach full maturity.
She grows vigorously with a strong stem and many branches. Plants grow to average size and are well suited for growing in a SOG setup. The buds turn a nice white with good bag appeal but are less sticky than normal buds. Most buds have a good flower-to-leaf ratio and even the tiny sugar leaves are full of trichomes. Indoors, it is best grown on a 20/4 light schedule.
Topping and fimming are allowed, but we don’t recommend it by default. If you want to control the height a bit, you can also bend and snap her or even ‘supercrop’ her. Her high CBG levels in combination with a low THC level provide a unique high and smoking experience. Because she is so low in THC she is also suitable for licensed producers who are not allowed to grow THC-rich strains, only those that can be regarded as ‘cannabis light’.
Her plant structure can best be described as compact to medium, the internode distance is medium and the buds grow fairly well together. Both the branches and the leaves have a hybrid structure that leans a little more towards her Sativa background. The buds also have a hybrid structure and are relatively compact and of reasonable size.

Effects of Auto CBG-Force
Auto CBG-Force has similarities to low-THC high-CBD strains, often known as “cannabis light” strains. This CBG autoflower has hardly any THC, which ensures that the well-known high/stone does not occur.
However, some users do experience an effect. This can be experienced as a more physical feeling, rather than the psychoactive THC feeling.

The bloom time of Auto CBG-Force
Auto CBG-Force takes on average around 11-12 weeks to grow from autoflower seed to harvest. To obtain the heaviest buds, it is recommended to give this strain the full 12 weeks. This ultimately ensures the highest yield. If you harvest her too early, the buds have not been able to harden off and the final yield will be lower.
This CBG autoflower also does well outdoors and in greenhouses. In greenhouses, multiple harvests per season are possible, even in northern latitudes. In the warm and dry Mediterranean climate, you can easily run 3 successive crops in 1 season.
She likes a lot of light and you can even provide her with supplemental (LED) lighting in a greenhouse. Outdoors, she can take 1 to 2 weeks longer, depending on the climate and temperature fluctuations. The more unstable and colder the climate, the longer she will take to fully mature.
The yield of Auto CBG-Force
Auto CBG-Force is a plant with a high yield. She is ‘L’ marked but in the hands of an experienced grower the yield can go up to ‘XL’. Especially when grown in a hydro system. She also does great on coco fibre or soil. This is a plant that branches well and can produce many long blooms.
In general, a yield of about 400-500 g/m2 can be obtained with this CBG-rich cannabis strain. She is suitable for indoor cultivation, outdoor cultivation and cultivation in greenhouses. Single plants can yield between 25-100 grams of dry buds on average, even for novice growers. Experienced growers can even achieve a few hundred grams per plant with the help of grow techniques, a hydro system and a strong LED lamp.
Topping/fimming is generally not recommended, but it is possible if you prefer a wider branched plant with a lower height.

CBG transforms into many other important cannabinoids such as THC and CBD. With traditional cannabis strains, there is usually not much CBG left in the plant and the CBG level is usually lower than 1% at harvest. It is an easy strain to grow both indoors and outdoors. She does well when grown naturally but can also be manipulated using certain growing techniques such as bending, snapping and (super) cropping. Both experienced and novice growers can expect good results.
The best tip we can give is to be careful with the nutrient dosage, not all plants have the same nutritional needs. Pay close attention to the usual signs e.g. leaf discolourations and make sure you build up nutrient levels slowly.
Especially in hydro she can be a little more difficult to understand. Beginners can grow her best on organic soil and nutrients, but she also does very well in coco fibre. Provide sufficient air movement, especially during the flowering phase, because this makes her stronger and more resilient.

Auto CBG-Force remains relatively small (usually under one metre) but produces high yields of CBG-rich weed. The flowers look white and frosty but are not sticky like THC or CBD rich cannabis.
